Beware: if you have an issue, you will leave all the voicemails, messages, and emails you can create, right up to the Regional Vice President of Property Management, and no one will get back with you. I have been trying to get a refund since the middle of April with absolutely no success. You can not reach the corporate offices except by email, as well. I was told that no one could speak with me because they were all very busy working with prospective renters. I never did live in these apartments, and at this point I know I made the right decision to back out of the arrangement. But, I was also told there would be no problem in getting my deposit refunded, which has NOT been the case.
