I had the worst experience at the Summit. First of all, they wrote the wrong year on the lease. Then they tried to charge us for 6 months and 3 weeks rather than for the 6 months we signed up for on the lease. They said since we were moving out on the 5th and not the first of the month, it was difficult for them to calculate the rent and so they wanted to charge us the rest of the month's rent! In addition, everything in the apartment would break or fall apart, and the maintenance staff were completely unresponsive and incompetent. The office staff showed a complete lack of respect for its tenants and were not capable of following our renters' rights. Save yourself a lot of money and a lot of time, and do NOT rent at the Summit.
