The noise level here is absolutely unbearable. From the motorcycles roaring by constantly, to my snoring neighbor downstairs WHO I CAN HEAR THROUGH THE FLOOR OF MY BEDROOM WHILE I AM TRYING TO SLEEP, it's just awful. Oh, and then there's the smoke shop next door that sells bongs, where all the kids hang out to party, play their bumping music, drink, curse, and get high.
Unless you are a speed freak, please don't rent here. A 810 square foot apartment goes for over $1475. RIDICULOUS for what you get, and by the way it's not in "Mission Bay"--it's in Clairemont. Ask around and people will tell you that Clairemont is considered the trailer park of San Diego, and it is.
My last apartment I lived in for 5 years, the one before that for 4 years. THIS APARTMENT? Less than a year. When my lease is up, I'm outa there.
