Our car was stolen; informed the leasing company at Summitt. It took them 1 week to inform residences about car burglaries. The Summitt issued a letter which indicated within the past 2 months there has been car buglaries. What happen to a letter informing us about the first car buglary. Forced to park our on the street even though they said we would have a reserved parking spot. We received a parking pass, but the spaces are always filled. The Summitt has issued too many parking passes to each apartment which has caused a shortage of available parking spaces. There should be only one parking pass per apartment, but they still haven't fixed this. This causes their residences to park out on the street enabling thieves to burglarize cars. The Summitt won't claim responsibility becuase they say the street parking is the Property of San Diego. Well, if they had their parking policy in place we wouldn't have been in this predicament. We are still waiting for them to fix their parking situation for the entire time we have lived here 9 months. They have admitted there is a parking problem, but still haven't fixed it. I have read other reviews and it seems like they have had this problem since 2005.
