As long as you're not near kids. Since it is San Diego everyone leaves windows open so if there are loud kids in the quad and you like quiet then you're screwed. But that's the kind of thing you get in any apartment living. The amenities are absolutely wonderful, the people who work here are overly nice. As for the security, they don't have security staff but I haven't heard of any problems, but we don't really know anyone here. There's enough parking underneath the building, plus street parking. Rent's a bit high but if you use your ammenitites I think it averages out.
