We originally moved from abroad and were promised a quiet location which overlooked a tot lot, we were asured that it was very quiet! they lied, we were right beside the tot lot and tennis courts and to make matters worse they put us above a load guitar playing punk...which they did nothing about...we could not wait to leave at the end of our lease....but when we did we asked for some paint to clean up some scuffs on the walls we were told that they would do that..and charge us $50 to do so...we ended up getting back $4!!!....we are in the process of going to court...it is illegal for these places to regularily deduct cleaning expenses from every new tenant that leaves (civil code 1950 section 5)...rent from here at your own risk..oh and the girls are really nice until you sign a lease...also the rules they have mean nothing there's kids on bikes, scateboards, scooters etc and they do nothing about them.
