The management here is terrible. They repaved the same parking lot 3 times in the last 2 months! Each time they sent out the notice the day before (to move cars out onto the street) and each paving resulted in the parking being closed off for at least 5 days.
The biggest problem I've had is when I got a noticed that the front door will be changed. The workman came and changed the door but didn't not complete the job. He left without putting in the sweeper (the bar to closed off the gap at the bottom so bugs will not come in) and the door did not close properly. He said he would come back the next day. Not only did he not come back but when we complained to the manager she told us each day that he would come tomorrow.
After a week of calling the manager, it was clear that she had no control over whether the maintenance people. But not only did she not apologize for the inconvenience, she had the audacity to get angry at us for asking to get our door fix. She said that the problem was trivial because bugs don't come in. We live on the first floor with a bunch of bushes nearby. At night crickets and roaches come in!
After asking to speak to her supervisor, a workman came and added the sweeper but he said the door didn't close properly because it was the wrong size. He said he would come back and change out the door but of course nothing is done yet. On top of that the manager's attitude has not changed a bit.
