Don'T Get Suckered In

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

The water is always being turned off. The elevators don't work half the time.
Even though you have a parking spot chances are you are going to be crammed against a concrete pillar. If you don't want your car all dinged up better not live here.
It's a glorified frat / sororiety house. Noise, lots of smokers & parties.
Units are very average.
Management staff will kiss your ass till they get you signed up.
Had my car broken into. Nobody really cared.
Trains running by at all hours too.
