Nice If You Don't Mind Helicopter Noise

Rented: From 2006 To 2008

I've lived here for three years. Overall the place is nice, but overpriced and the annual rent increases tend to be very steep. Also you might want to know that these apartments are built in the flight path of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, so you will hear low flying helicopters and fighter jets. There are a lot of children here, but no play area, so the kids play in the parking lots, and often make a lot of noise outside my apartment's window.

The best part of the apartment is the maintenance staff who are alway on top of maintenance requests often within the hour.
