Review for Bonita Heights Apts Apartments

When I first moved in this place, I went to view it before moving in and they had just finished painting. Yes, there was a fresh paint of coat covering all the dead roaches that they didn't bother cleaning. That should have been a sign there but i needed a place fast so I tok it. Although they spray twice a year, roaches still run the place. I have tried bombs, raid, bait traps, and insecticide. The roaches will leave and stay hidden for a while but when the coast is clear, they come right back and start being part of the family. No matter how clean I keep the place, the roaches still remain. I guess they have been living in the walls so long that they are there to stay. If you are a clean person that has never had roaches as I was, this will drive you crazy. It sucks. you get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom and bam, 3 roaches take off under the cabinet. Not the way you want to live. Besides the roaches, It really isn't that bad. It can get noisy and cars rev up in the parking lot sometimes but not bad considering. The price is alright. But if you don't like roaches and can't live with them, then you won't like it here. That's what eventually ran me off. It was either me or the roaches and since they weren't going anywhere, I decided that they can pay their own rent. They weren't eating free off me anymore.
