Review for Bonita Heights Apts Apartments

The first 3 months was fine, until one day I saw a damm roach in my kitchen. After that it was all over..I have lived there for 7 months now and the roaches have NOT left me sight. I had them spray the place and it made it worst. The roaches just multiply and keep coming out. I have to move all my plates and silverware to the dishwasher for safe keeping, but that didin't help either. I found them crawling in the dishwasher as well and they are crawling out from the kitchen and bathroom sink also. I love cooking in the kitchen,but this roach problem has made me put a hault to my cooking days til i move out in a coupld of weeks. Word of advice: telling the maintence/ the managament will not help because all they will say they can do it use this cheapo spray that is actually HAZZARD to human health. We have went out a bought "Sticky roach pads" and it has helped.
As for PARKING: HAHA LOL What parking?..Seriously Come home early like around 3ish if you have a second car and leave it parked there..If you want to go some where go early. You will learn have to play "Musical Chairs" with your cars when you live here. And once in a while there is always some jerk who DOULBE PARKS their stupid car or SUV just because to piss ppl off.. Well Stay away from this place.. and Good Luck if you already have.

I totally agree to what you wrote. I've lived in that apartment and the management really sucks! PARKING???? The manager there named Imelda shows favoritism. If she likes you, she will let you park in open space forever but if she doesn't like you, you're car will get towed! Bitch manager, I wonder how come she stays being a manager when she doesn't know how to be respected by tenants! Please DO NOT rent in this complex specially if she is still the manager in the complex. She sucks!
