Pos Was Bad Getting Worse

The place is dirty, you see bums sleep in the hallway, The property manager is someone who's never worked in the field and is from Iowa. You have meth labs being run out of empty apartments. There is a bum shelter between one wall of the building and the construction. You are also right in the flight path for those who care. If you have a room with a balcony, good luck having them get you doors that actually close. They turn off power and water without notice. They have illegal leases written up and then force you into court to enforce them. The neighbors are good and the pets there are friendly however, if you have problems with some of the tenants you should just move away. I had one tenant threaten to damage my car, and when I complained to the manager they moved them to the apartment across the hall from me.
