I lived here for two years and had several problems, but the management was generally helpful, but generally could not fix the issue the first time. The apartments are a good size but everything is pretty dated: think 80s. The building is recently painted which looks nice but was a huge hassle. The pool is great, heated all year. Gym is very small and only three machines, so if you need more this is not for you. Parking is assigned, but most of the spots are pretty hard to get into so hopefully you have a small car. Nice location, near the mall and the trolley, however it gets busy when around the holidays. This place is by no means luxury, and you could get more space for your buck elsewhere but you pay to be in fashion valley area. Not a bad place to live, could be a lot worse.
