Review for La Jolla Crossroads Apartments

* Want a car stereo? Come over here, and pick one since Summit Security does nothing to prevent theft due to total understaffing + mgt. refuses to install CCTV or hire additional security >> 1 guard for 1,000,000 + sq. ft. of property = an invitation for theft. Don't live here if you are a single girl, as you will no doubt come home to a large dark garage where no one can here you scream if you need help.
*No matter how pretty the grounds are, if you ask Justin in the office he will be sure to look down at you and make you feel like he is doing you a favor for doing his job. Tenants have complained how the tanning booth is closed and open irregular hours and have repeatedly asked for hours to be posted; ask Juistin and it seems like an act of God. You would think he is 6'5" and pure muscle by his demeanor; oh no, Justin is skinny with glasses and maybe he got passed up for the police, hence he needs to find an outlet to exert some control.

* The same sense of issue with Justin could be seen when he was asked when the torn up lounge chairs would be replaced; it was important since the chairs were taken during spring break and thwarted efforts to relax by the pool. Just ask Justin to make you feel bad about lying out on the concrete!

In short, the building is great, units are spacious, however all of this is detracted by callous disregard of the staff.
