The La Jolla International Gardens offers resort styled apartments in San Diego CA for rent. These apartments are ideal for both the fun and the serious personalities. They have a fully equipped gym complete with all the equipment you need for any type of workout. You can forgo the gym and take a swim in the heated pool instead or relax in the Jacuzzi.

The consensus is that this is a great apartment for the money. La Jolla International Gardens are quiet, affordable and well located for UCSD. The parking (assigned underground spots) is not a problem at all and some reviewers mentioned "thin" walls but these are apartments...you will hear some sound through shared walls. These are great apartments for the money and the management staff has been reviewed as very professional. One drawback is the amount of daylight in some units~ less than you might expect for sunny CA.

I think these other reviews are a little unrealisitc. It is one of the cheapest places to live at in La Jolla. Nope, it's not the Ritz Carlton, but overall I think it's great. My apt was super clear when I moved in. The staff has been top notch and the one maintenance problem I had (light bulb went out) was resolved within an hour. I really think it is awesome overall. I guess parking is a little tight but....ummm... have you seen any other place in San Diego with perfect parking? <P>

This is the first place I have lived on my own. I couldnt have asked for better. The Staff was super friendly and if I ever had a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner. The cheapest in the area that I found and I like the landscaping. I lived on the top floor so it did get a bit hot and we didnt have A/C. Other than it being a little bit hot everyhting else was super cool. I recommend everyone who is looking for a starter apt come check this one out. Ohh and the parking does kinda suck but thats everywhere in San Diego
The complex itself is pretty simple. There's an elevator. But the bottom floors get NO sunlight.
They kinda mislead us on the sq. ft. of the place too.
GUEST PARKING SUCKS! You do get 1 nderground spot for each bedroom you have.
