Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Las Flores is in a cycle of leasing specials followed by frequent rent increases. Current leasing rates are $1300. Anyone who has been living here for for than 2 years is paying $2000.

It's calculated and mechanical. The inflow of new tenants over the average total lease time plus rent hikes are aimed at your wallet.

Management will not reduce rates given proof in the form of other neighbors, their own specials, or nearby competition. They know what a hassle it is to move, they know you won't be here forever, and they know they can gouge while you are.

Beautiful area. I'd recommend these apartments in most ways if the management wasn't a bunch of pimps.
