She Asked Me $ 1900 Security Deposit She Gave Me

I lived there for 1 years I am student in San Diego and I don't too much money she asked me $1900 for deposit after one year she gave me back $900 .Before move out i cleaned the carpet with a steam vaccum which I asked a friend to lend me because it s his job I also cleaned all the apartment .I don't smoke , I have never wear my shoes in .The apartment was same as when I moved in.
When I gave back the key I asked her to check the apartment with me and she refused.I asked a proof that she replace the carpet or to show me the new one she said that she s going to call the police if I talk to her again
