Park Genesee is located in a great area right near shopping, and public transportation, all while getting the view of the lush, wooded hillside of Clariemont Mesa. These one-bedroom apartments are $1080 in rent, and gas and electric are already paid for. Many great amenities are included as well as a clubhouse and fitness center on the property. Most residents claim that they’ve had a great experience living here, although it was a little stressful when the time came to move out, although that can be the case with most apartments during a moving out process.
