Apartment Review for Park Genesse Apartments

Parking is good, the apartments are cheap. But the management sucks, I have never ever found them to be helpful or go out of the way to be helpful. And once you move out they charge some useful life fees on the vinyl, bathtub, paint and all sundry and say since you have used this you have to pay. Apartments are not sound proof and I am seriously disappointed with their service/ post move out fee basis. <P>
