Are You The New Manager.....?

Rented: From 2003 To 2006

Unfortunately the 7th management company (Pinnacle) since I have lived here just took over. What a nightmare! 40 days an no maintainence to the buildings. The laundry facilities have been 50% operational for the last month. The location and grounds are beautiful, it's usually very quiet, but the buildings are in disrepair and are very unsafe. I too am leaving when my lease expires. Too bad the owner doesn't care; people would pay top dollar to live here if she cared enought to do minimal maintainence and upkeep.
