Yeah, you're right. Sunrise Managment is a great disappoinment..
Sara is never around. Seems to always be out to lunch, on vacation, or MIA all together. I'm wondering how she manages to keep her job? Most likely some sort of contract involved which allows her freedom without accountability.
Sara never answers her phone either. I find this quite odd since she can always be found on it when you visit the office.
I think I'll move out before I hold my breath on the next Management Company to come along... I doubt it would be worth the wait.
I think she has a small child, a son, perhaps he's a special needs child? Maybe that's why she's always unreachable??? Can't call it....
