im not sure y so many negative reviews, i've been living here about 7 months now and i'm very content... i live here with my girl and our son, she loves the view from our balcony and our son loves the pool. there is no A/C here but always a nice cool breeze. i had a lil problem here at the beggining with noise complaints that i wasnt even making but besides that its all good. I really like that i can walk my son to school. the staff here is very friendly and helpfull when needed. i'm definetly going to renew my lease when the time comes.
