Apartment Reviews for Town Park Villas - San Diego

I would like to start by stating the facts. I have lived here for a little over nine years and during this time I have seen the property change from time to time(Staff and managment)
Town park was built on a huge property and is able to have spacious aparments not crammed together like so many other communities are. They have something like 400 apartments and are always upgrading the property. I loved my apartment as it was quiet, had assigned parking, I felt safe and could walk to the grocery store and pharmacy and bank. My grand children loved the heated swimming pool and the club house. The property is a little old but kept up. The rent is very fair for the location as a lot of us live on fixed incomes.The management was busy but they always responded in a timely manner to my complaints and repairs needed. Let's face it, as senior citizens we can be high maintanence and demanding at times but I know the Staff at Town Park Villas are professional and as helping as they can be. My deposite was, to my surprise, given almost all back. My Security deposit was only $300 as many other places charge the full amount of a monthly rent payment. I would recomend Town Park Villas to seniors who want indipendant living in a quit, safe centralk location thats close to the beach. I also liked all the activities that were planned throught the months.
