Mt. Sutro Terrace Apartments are located near the 1 and Lincoln Way. The complex is within walking distance of the University of California – San Francisco and is a short commute for students and faculty. Tenants who enjoy the outdoors have the Mt. Sutro Open Space Reserve as their backyard and can take advantage of its hiking and biking trails. Geary Courtyard sits in the heart of downtown San Francisco, in between the 101 and Market Street. For recreation, the Father Alfred E. Boeddeker Park and Jefferson Square Park are both nearby; the latter has bike trails and an adjacent baseball field. The Westfield San Francisco Centre is less than half a mile away and gives residents a chance to experience high end retail like Nordstrom’s and other shops. Avalon at Mission Bay North is located right off I-280 near the San Francisco Giant’s AT&T Park. Using public transportation is easy with five surrounding bus stops and a light rail station just outside the building. Several parks, including Mission Creek and South Beach Parks, are within walking distance. A bevy of food options like Panera Bread and Name Sushi are sure to please hungry tenants. Eaves Diamond Heights, formerly Avalon at Diamond Heights, is located about 3 miles south of downtown San Francisco. Residents who might be new to the area and want to do a little sight seeing can check out the nearby historic Newburg Estate, Liberty Street Historic District, or the Twin Peaks Summit. All shopping needs can be taken care of at the Diamond Heights Shopping Center a few hundred feet away; the center includes a Starbucks and a Safeway. Avalon at Nob Hill is located near the heart of downtown San Francisco near I-80, the Tenderloin District, and Little Saigon. Just a half mile from the San Francisco State University Downtown Campus and Golden Gate University, the complex is a great location for students and faculty. Tenants looking for nearby nightlife won’t be disappointed; there are ten different lounges, clubs, and bars within walking distance.
