Apartment Review for 1700 California

Any positive review written about this place must have been posted by management. This is NOT a nice place to live.

FIRE ALARM
The fire alarm blares constantly. In the middle of the night, at 6am on a Saturday, 10pm on a Tuesday. Residents are so used to the alarm, that few bother to leave their apartments anymore. If there was ever actually a fire here, no one would know to leave their unit.

PARKING
My car has been broken into 2 times in the garage here. They say they have 24 hour surveillance, but its not useful if it doesnt prevent break ins! The parking garage and lobby of the commercial side of the building always smells like urine.

MANAGEMENT
I have never met more unpleasant people. They are completely unresponsive. They are downright rude! You have to confront them several times before anything gets done - especially for simple requests or repairs. We're not sure what the 3 of them do in the lobby level all day long?

I would definitely NOT recommend moving here.
