I have had to deal with a considerable amount of discomfort due to the amount of students that have rented units in my building and in surrounding buildings. These students often have a "frat house" mentality, and have parties almost weekly, with loud music and drinking (or drugs). They often tie up the elevators, urinate(not kidding) in the building and otherwise vandalize the premises. In the last two years I have been living here, the fire alarms have been set off(more than 8 times) late in the evening(between 12:00 A.M. - 4:00 A.M.).
Also I want you to know that it took 2 months to fix my heater.
You will be sorry, if you move in this place.
