Avalon at Nob Hill is located near the heart of downtown San Francisco near I-80, the Tenderloin District, and Little Saigon. Just a half mile from the San Francisco State University Downtown Campus and Golden Gate University, the complex is a great location for students and faculty. Tenants looking for nearby nightlife won’t be disappointed; there are ten different lounges, clubs, and bars within walking distance. Although the location is ideal, reviewers disliked the ongoing construction noises and updates to the units.
