Avalon Ocean Avenue sits beside I-280 at the edge of the City College of San Francisco campus and about 5 miles south of Downtown. Tenants have a lot of nearby fitness options; down Ocean Avenue via rail they can tone their bods at Hot Yoga, Korean Martial Arts Center, or 24 Hour Fitness. Less than a mile across the freeway, tenants can enjoy the outdoors at Balboa Park and pool. Caffe D’Melanio and the library are right outside the complex, making it easy for students to study with a probably much needed caffeine fix. As of March 2013, no online reviews could be found on this apartment complex.
