Apartment Review for N/A

Good luck with this owner, Ralph Lu. He fixes things sloppily and without required permits. He also ignores potentially serious problems. I had to take this guy to the rent board and to court to resolve problems including gasoline fumes from the garage in my apartment which he did everything in his power to avoid. Apparently, there are no laws protecting tenants from gasoline fumes entering apartments and so this was a very difficult situation. Ralph Lu could have been a decent human being about it, but he forced me to file suit against him. Beware that I am moving out and the garage problem is still not fixed, so the next person will have a big problem with this place. Ralph Lu caused me a lot of trouble. Also note, one time when we were talking about my roommates, he told me he didnt want black people living there. He will act friendly to new tenants, but he is a two-face and will eventually turn on you. You have been warned.
