South Beach Marina Apartments is located off I-80 at the edge of the San Francisco Bay. A great location in the heart of the city — but away from all the hustle and bustle — this complex is within walking distance to South Beach Park and South Park, as well as AT&T Park, which is the home of the San Francisco Giants. Leaseholders opposed to cooking in have over nine close by dine-out options that include South Beach Cafe, the Java House Restaurant, and House of Hunan Restaurant. Reviewers loved the location and thought the units and complex were well-maintained and modern. Some reviews complained about rent increases, but still conceded that the location and apartments were quite nice.
