Strata at Mission Bay sits at the edge of the San Francisco Bay near the heart of downtown. A light rail line conveniently stops in front of the apartment complex, allowing residents to easily traverse the city’s urban terrain. South of Market, South Beach, and the Design District are all miles within the area. Reviewers found the apartments to be clean and quiet and enjoyed the additional amenities like the gym and bocce court. However, reviewers were dissatisfied with the pest control, amount of construction in the area, and the high price of the units.
