The Paramount is located off Market Street and close to I-80. Residents can shop at the nearby Macy’s or the Crocker Galleria a few blocks away. The building is surrounded by cultural opportunities; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Cartoon Art Museum, and Contemporary Jewish Museum are all within walking distance. Although many reviewers liked the location and maintenance staff, some cited unethical lease negotiation from management and complained of noise from the nearby fire station and nightclub.
