I have lived here for over 4 years now, and if I had not been one of the winners in a class action law suit I would have moved at the end of year 1. The owners and the policies change like the seasons. 1 minute you have a parking sticker good for your garage, next your car is towed for not being in the right spot. Call about the laundry machines being broken, go ahead I dare you. The response from "resident relations" is that they contract out the machines on their property - you have to call a third party (800 number) once you are in contact with the 3rd party, you must wait 3 or more days to check to see if the problem has been fixed. No, I might recommend this place to someone I didn't care for... but to a friend? Never.
