Do yourself a favor and run, don't just walk away from this place. Their management people are the worst. They will threaten you with eviction at the drop of a hat. They will hit you with an heavy late fee even if you drop in the check on the third day. You get charge a haundred dollor lock out and have to wait for one of their lazy people to bring around the key. Lose their electronic ke and you're screwed for another $100. Go into any of the staircases and you will see that they just reek with urine. Lighting to your car is a joke-completely unsafe. Residents play loud music and party in the patios late a night, and managment doesn't do a thing. It took over a week before they were willing to send someone out to fix the only toilet in my unit.
