Great location, nice apartments. Staff is friendly but they don't actually do anything. Really bad service - takes multiple requests to get maintenance to show it, then it takes them multiple times to fix things (my dishwasher is still broken). They don't do anything about people parking in your spot. Exercise equipment is often broke and it takes days to fix (some has been broken for several months). I live above a couple that likes to yell and they haven't done anything about that.
