Review for 101 San Fernando Apartments

When I used to live at this place they promised we would have a spa, which after 18 months never happened. They tandem parked my vechicles, while other lower rent apartments had seperate spaces. The office staff was rude, stuck up and unwilling to help anyone if it required them to move. The bookkeeper was incompetent and didn't understand the proper cash flow of rent and deposits, thus the reason why we were billed twice in the same month. If you were section 8 you were more welcomed then those of us paying $2800/month for a top floor 1 bdrm. If you were white you were lucky to get anyone in the office to help you out and were looked down as second class citizens. Not my choice, but if you are non-white, section 8, and have no standards of where you live this is the place for you.
