Apartment Review for 101 San Fernando

I lived in 101 San Fernando for 18 months. The management changed several times I lived there in 2003 and the jacuzzi was never completed. As for theprevious person stating that section 8 and low income are not good quality tenants. I have do disagree I was one of the low income tenants. I worked and paid my rent on time and still I received lest thean professional treatment from teh management. That has nothing to do with the tenants, but has everything to to do with credit selection process and who can pay their rent. The low income tenants have to qualify just as you would the only differerence is the amount of income. SO if the staff is unresponsive, unprofessional, and disoraganized take that up with Forest Property Management just as I did. <P>
