Apartment Review for 101 San Fernando

I am a single adult woman and have lived in 101 San Fernando for a year and a half. I have a beautiful unit and enjoy the layout and features. Although some maintenance issues that have come up, the management has been very quick in addressing them. The security in the building is excellent and there are assigned parking spaces for every unit. <P>
The building is downtown, so if the windows are open at night you hear the usual street noise. However, the windows are double glazed so if they're closed it's very quiet. I have never heard my neighbors (perhaps I have quiet neighbors) and feel my unit is both safe and private. <P>
