I have lived at 33 South 3rd for well over one year now. It's a beautiful - CLEAN - residence with all the amenities that you need: Beautiful kitchen, laundry inside apt., fitness center, Media Room, a/c, huge closet, Berber Carpet, Wireless Internet, underground parking & supernice Management (Krisan).

Considering that it is smack in the middle of all the action and accross from some Ghetto nightclubs, it is super quiet. It can be noisy Thu-Sat when all the clubs and bars close around 2am.

Rent is pricy but - you get what you pay for. Only complaint is the sloooooooow elevators on both sides of the property.
