I've been waiting a long time to write this. My lease obligation has been complete since 1/31/04, yet I have not received the balance of my security deposit. I was the second person to move in to the new complex. I was not told that cable and DSL setup would be a nightmare and would take 2 months. I waited 2 months for screen doors. The dishwasher never worked right. My door lock malfunctioned and I was trapped inside. The grocery store underneath (promoted heavily by management) closed summer 2003. The interior flow of the building makes no sense. The elevator is painfully slow. Management was unresponsive to maintenance requests, even tried to back out of original agreement of two free months rent. Disorganized, poorly managed property.
