I have lived here for several years. Unfortunately it has declined the past two years. The maintenance is poor. The neighbors are scarey. They seem to rent to ANYone and I actually am nervous for my family. The people upstairs throw stuff over and onto my balcony all the time (like, cig butts). They also throw parties and make lots of noise. If I say something, they look like a gang who will come after me. One day a woman walked into my apartment and was completely drugged up. She proceeded to pocket keys and other things from my apartment, which I got back. I've had my truck broken into twice since living here. They are raising the rent. The parking is atrocious, and they are upping the rent I have to pay for an extra parking space. The apartment is nice (I moved to the new section last year.) But the neighborhood is declining. Just not worth the high price.
