Review Title:   Nice, But Really Over-Priced.

I like where I live, but I don't love it. Thank the Lord that I only signed a one year lease. My 2 bed/2bathroom apartment is $1545/month +$25 for an extra parking spot. That extra $25 doesn't even garuntee you a spot. The parking situation is horrible. You get one spot for each apartment, and then it's $25 for an extra space, and $50 extra if you want an extra covered spot. For a long time I just parked on the street for the first few months because I figured the walk wouldn't kill me, but then I noticed a lot of shattered glass on the sidewalks. It looked like a lot of cars were getting broken into, so I got a permit to park in the complex. I don't really think that it made a difference though because the person who parked next to me in the garport got their car broken into as well. The one thing that has really irritated me to no end is the fact that my gate remote never works. I have replaced multiple times and I can never seem to get one that works consistantly. If it does work, I usually have to press the button like a 100 times before the gate actually opens. It just makes me wonder why I'm paying so much for rent, and a space to park my car, and I can't even get into the gates. Aside from all of the complaining previously, there haven't really been that many other problems. It's a nice area, there's a nice pool, and for the most part the people are all nice. It seems like eveyone keeps to themselves for the most part. It was nice living there, but I have learned that it's way to far out of my price range, and it's not really a luxury apartment, it's just a nice apartment.
