If you are thinking about moving to Avalon Rosewalk -- DONT! Some of the office staff is nice and helpful, however the management is horiable! Why would this company ever let this lady run this place, she really does a bad job. The apartment is in very bad condition. The carpet is gross. The kitchen will not come clean no matter how much you scrub. And at $1700 a month its a rip off! BEWARE: do not rent here!
