The monthly rent and the actual size of the apartments are decent for the area (but I must say, you really do get what you pay for) and the location is also good because it is close to freeways, grocery stores, the mall& just about everything. It would be a great place to live if there wasnt friable un-encapsulated asbestos throughout the apartment, if the neighborhood was not so sketchy, if there were better parking and not so much noise and if the owner and main manager were not money hungry cheapskates who are untruthful and uncouth.
The truth is this is not a good place to live. It is unsafe and you will find that living there will just become a hassle. I would never recommend this place to a friend, so I am not going to recommend it to anyone else.
