Are apartment at Cherrywood only gets hot water for at least 20 min (very hot water can't even shower in it) after letting the water run for 20 min then you have to constantly adjust it to keep right tempature. After complaining maintainace said they are aware of the crossed pipes but need aproval before they can fix, that was 4 months ago. We hear everything above us. We have roaches. I would not recomend these apartments to anyone. Rent has been raised and we will definitly move out when lease is done!
