This place didn't seem that bad when we signed up. However, the apts are falling apart. Almost everything is in disrepair, inside and out. New paint may hide some of the problems, but you'll notice when you move in. I get the feeling that the corporate home office knows exactly how little they have to spend to keep the appearances up, and are milking as much profit as possible. Also, it's loud! Lots of multi-member families in small apts, and kids with no place to play but outside your window. Forget about getting your deposit back- there's too many built in costs no matter how clean you leave your apt. Give this one a miss.
