- Water shut off every month atleast once. ( They say its maintenance) - Excessive charges levied for water around $45 even though you dont stay for a week. - Rents increase on a monthly basis - Deposit not paid back properly. - The carpets are old and walls patched. - There is a person by name Elyn(not sure of spelling), if you try to ask her the details of the billing over phone she just puts you on hold. No proper response from them. Please avoid this apartments. Fortunately, I got better apts now and have moved out. I stayed only for 6 months.
