My car stereo got stolen the week before I moved out of this place and out of state. The sad thing? I was parked in the RESIDENT parking at the time. Talking to neighbors and even the employees I found out that mine had been the 3rd theft in my building alone in a week. Needless to say I was very unhappy.
The staff had always been kind and helpful, I would actually give them very high marks. It's sad that what generally tends to kill the rating I give an apartment complex is the people who live there. You should have to take a lie detector test before you apply: "Will you break into your fellow residents cars while you live here?" If the answer is BEEEEEEEEEEEEEP yes, you lose.
The amenities here were very pleasent. My boyfriend and I enjoyed using the three hot tubs in the evenings, as well as the exercise room. The main pool however is NOT heated and stays quite cold even in summer. The lap pool is heated, which made it the more pleasent of the two.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment to you if you have a complex alarm system on your car. Don't think that having a crappy car will keep you safe from the break-in thief, they still managed to total my '97 Tercel by doing $1400 worth of damage just to get in and steal my 65$ cheap ole DVD player. Nice.
