On first viewing Greentree seems like a good place. There are people who have been here for 11+ years. The management company gets very nice, considerate people to be the onsite managers. However, within three days of moving in someone tried to pry the screen off my kitchen window. The manager at that time thought I was making it up, even though he had done the walkthrough with me and the screens had been fine. Two of my neighbors had similar problems within a week of their move-in. Then the manager believed me. There was also a problem with a stalker around the complex for a month. Then, a month ago, my car was broken into.
If you live here, get an upstairs apartment. My upstairs neighbors are incredibly loud. I can here every move they make. I have been sleeping in my living room due to the noise from upstairs.
Recently the apartment got new managers. They are very friendly and have hired a new maintenance guy who really seems on top of things. The old maintenance staff, never actually completed assignments. The new managers were on top of things when my car was broken into. I am moving out of the complex after 8 months. It has been a fairly miserable experience and I would not reccommend living here.
