I've lived here about 2 years. It's not a bad complex. The floor plans are nice, I live in a townhouse, which has a large layout.
The office staff changes often, and they seem to lack a general ability to provide consistent service.
When I moved in, they waited until I was ready to sign to tell me I would have to take a garage, at extra cost, and water and trash are also extra.
The grounds are nice, and I've never felt unsafe with in the complex. Yes the neighborhood is older and not a place I would go for late night walks. The security gates are closed at night, though for several months they did not work, but that seems to have been resolved.
The apartments are mostly quiet, rarely hear the neighbors. The water pipes can be a bit noisy and the toilets clog easily.
